Leaven me alone

As far as I can google dictionaries, that's what it is... I'm making my first leaven (surdeg), which is now fit to bake with. The question now is what to do, what to do...

I've got a few different ideas as far as usage goes.

This is one of them, from Pain de Martin, a blog I quite like.

Today I'm not feeling very well, so I'm in bed just taking it very very easy. It's not the type of blogging I usually do, ströbloggande, because the fine line between being personal and being boring is one I usually stay clear of. Instead I go for clearcut boring. To anyone not particularily into theology, cooking and/or music, that is.
